Not a lot of options for people measuring and this one is the most used but not easy to use nor as accurate as I would like but does the job that is not life and death so ok.I have not install yet, look ok , my problem I though it was in CM. So I don't know if I would install itWhat they sent was not what was described. I expected the SECA 206 as was described and pictured but they sent instead a SECA 201 which is a simple measuring tape. I sent a email asking for the correct item but they did not respond. Returning it is not allowed.I wanted it in inches and it was not!okダイエットし13kg痩せる際、毎日、このメジャーを使用しました。100回以上測り続けるとメジャーのヒモが伸びてきました。子供の頃パンツのゴムも伸びましたが、このメジャーも使い方がハードだと同じくなると笑いを含め書いておきます。上腕二頭筋のサイズを測るのに重宝しています。筋トレをしているので腕やふくらはぎのサイズはたまに測りたくなります。測りやすいので今では週1で測ってしまいます。多用はしませんが筋トレしてる方なら持っていた方が良いかも腕廻りとか気になったり色々計測したりしますのでそういう時に便利です商品と写真が違いますが、名前を信じて注文、欲しいものがとどきました。自分でカラダのサイズ計測用に購入しました。腕や脚のサイズ計測には笑いが出るほど簡単に測れます。ただ、胸囲は普通のメジャーの方が測りやすいです。部位ごとに使い分けすると良いと思います。
