Preparation: Put your hair up, and be especially careful behind your ears - that is where we will 'tuck' the wrinkles away and then hide the tapes behind the ears and under your hair. 2. Apply the Tape:Take the tapes out of the package but don't remove the backing yet. Sit in front of the mirror and use your fingers to simulate pulling the skin up from the neck and tucking it behind your ears. Once you have your positioning set, peel the backing off one piece of tape and apply the stick portion to the part you want to lift. Remove the second tape and pull the skin back about 1" ( the tape will wrinkle like crazy if you do 2") 4. Hold for 15 Seconds: DON'T SKIP THIS STEP! Press your hand firmly on the tape and hold it for around 15 seconds to warm it and secure it in place. Now peel off the clear outer part with the blue arrows and HOLD AGAIN for 15 seconds to warm and secure
