I got these because my other mouth tape was leaving residue. These work well, but I've woken up several times to find the tape has come off my mouth. They're not very sticky, so if you don't want to pull off your skin or have to scrape off excess glue, these are good.This micropore tape is advertised as a good alternative to improve nose-breathing while sleeping. However, this wasn't the case regarding my experience. The adhesive was very uncomfortable on the lips, which made it a hassle to fall asleep. And even after I successfully fell asleep, when waking up in the morning I noticed the adhesive was easily detached by saliva. I assume this product has other good uses, but i would not recommend this one in particular for nose-breathing purposes.I realize this tape is made for people with very sensitive skin (that’s why I bought it) so you don’t want tons of adhesion but you’ve got to have some. This tape did not stick very well at all. It was very easy to remove because it fell off. It was not holding it down a heavy dressing, simply trying to keep a very thin pain patch on. A lot of packaging for very small rolls of tape. Not worth the moneyIt is not adhesive at all.Poor adhesion and doesn’t work for sleep.Liked the easy application
