I had been using the Spider Tech full knee while skiing and it works great for me. But I figured that I only really needed the upper knee, so I ordered a few. The first day I wore it, it peeled up the first time I pulled my pants up, so my right knee was left without protection for the rest of the day. Yikes! I felt the difference. Next time I'll get the full knee. It seems as though the lower part really helps to anchor the whole thing and it stays on much better. I do love the Spider Tech precuts, overall. I could use kinesiotape and cut the whole thing myself, but the precuts make it a lots faster and easier. They make the difference between me being able to walk down the stairs the days after skiing and greatly reduce my knee pain. But do yourself a favor, get the full knee.This pre-cut tape supported my knee well, stuck to my skin better than K-T tape, and was easy to apply. I bought two and tried them on separate occasions. The first time my sweat eventually had it come off around the edges after 2-ish hours of a tennis match, but the second time that one stayed on for almost three days that included two separate 2-hour tennis sessions and 40 minute run.It didn't do anything for my IT band issue. I had to get an actual knee brace.Tape would not stick. Skin was clean, no lotion used prior. Did not adhere as stated. No starI was really hoping this would help but it started rolling up within a couple of hours. I watched the videos on proper application and was very careful. I shaved, washed and made sure I was dry and free of lotions. It applied nicely but just wouldn't stay on.Well, I am disappointed since I went to run and in less than 1 mile the tape peel of my skin, however I have to say the support for my knee was ok, like other reviewer said, you made one mistake and the tape is useless.I usually purchase a roll of the tape and half to cut it myself. This was very easy to apply and stayed put for several days. I will order again.Didn't work at all for my IT band issue, it look cool though! Used it to run a 5k.
