I am dependent upon Kinesio Tape for a chronic shoulder issue at this time. This tape actually does what it says! Great staying power for 3-5 days, in/out of shower and lake. Proper cleaning with alcohol required before application for best adherence. This KT tape has been a life saver for me. Easy application with embedded hexagon pattern for determining amount of stretch.This tape is great to control pain! I had discomfort in my back and relieved the pain!This stuff really works! It is easy to cut into appropriate sized lengths so there is no waist. It also lasts a long time. I take 2 showers a day. I finally took it off at the end of the 6th day to have a fresh attachment for my next bench press workout. No messy residue left and is comfortable to wear. I would recommend it VERY highly!Does great support and helps a little with pain. Stays on several days depending on activity.This is my go to tape, I use Flex U as wellmy physical therapist uses this on me and I've loved this tape for several months, although THIS box I purchased from Amazon caused severe, painful blisters!
