This is my go to tape when it comes to Olympic weightlifting. I have tried various brands, and while I was satisfied with others, this is by far the most superior.I find that the tap adheres very well to your skin, but also to its self as I like to overlap the tape. Even after 60-90 minutes of training, it doesn’t start to slip. It’s super flexible and allows me to bend my thumb without feeling like I’m cutting of circulation.The tape so has a slight texture which allows you to maintain or even improve the grip of your thumb against the bar. It also is a sturdy enough material that it protects the skin on my thumbs from abrasion and that tenderness you feel after a snatching session .Overall, i highly recommend if you are look for a high quality and reliable tape when it comes to weightlifting.
