The jury is still out on this product. In general, as there are dozens and dozens of manufacturers and there are some good. Some bad and some ugly, this seems to be one of the good ones as I have tried and tested before. I have invested the installation prior to laying deck boards. Seems to work well. Unfortunately, unless you pull back boards up to check on these years down the road, you will not No and a immediate outcome.
