I used this tape to mount lights under an aluminum railing that was a bit gritty and dirty and the sticking power was fantastic. The light grey adhesive is a thick, tacky layer, and thus extends a little past the edge of the tape when pressure is applied so the look is not completely clean, and there's a fair bit of residue that gets on your fingers so I would not use it for an application that's visible.The tape is just what I needed very strong and sticks great for a good seal. Used on plastic cover build over my deck on the ends connectors and anchor bolts in rainy Oregon and works great to seal and keep water out.My dryer vent in the attic was broken and this tape was awesome! This tape is strong and sticky.Used this tape to seal a hole in my aluminum awning; works like a charm!Me agradó muchoWorks very well.
